FP series/forced convection oven with programming function
The FP series test chamber is designed for the most demanding applications and is particularly efficient due to its extensive programming capabilities. Forced convection provides additional efficiency, and its reliable equipment configuration enhances drying and particularly fast heating performance, even when the chamber is fully loaded.
Performance characteristics and equipment
Electronic controlled APT.line with forced convection® Internal preheating technology
• Temperature range: from 5 ° C above ambient temperature to 300 ° C
MP controller, with 2 programs (10 sections each) or 1 program (20 sections)
Controller using interval programming and real-time programming
Timer function of the program controller: delayed start, delayed stop, and temperature dependent delayed stop;
• The ramp function can be adjusted through a programmer
Fan speed adjustable (0 to 100%)
• Time indicator
• Independent adjustable temperature safety device, level 2 (DIN12880), with visual temperature alarm
Adjust the ventilation volume through the exhaust pipe with a ventilation flap at the back (diameter of 50 millimeters) and the ventilation skateboard in front
• Used for APT-COM behind software® The Data Control SystemRS422 interface, or use RS232/RS422 interface converter to switch to printer output port

All data is only applicable toStandard specification unloaded equipment under ambient temperature of 22 ± 3 ° C and ± 10% power supply voltage fluctuation. Determine temperature data according to BINDER factory standards and DIN12880:2007, and adapt to a recommended wall gap of 10% for inner chamber height, width, and depth. For series devices, all data are typical averages. The technical data assumes 100% fan speed. We reserve the right to make technical changes.
